Orders are verified and handed to dispatch quickly; weekend orders move on the next working day.

Pan-India delivery

We currently ship across India, covering metro, non-metro, and rural addresses.

Clear delivery windows

Metro deliveries typically arrive in 3–5 business days; non-metro in 5–10 once dispatched.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • Once an order is processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available unless mentioned on a product page.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days (excluding processing time).
  • Non-metro / rural areas: 5–10 business days (excluding processing time).
  • Timelines may vary due to courier operations, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping offers, when available, will follow their promotional terms.

5. Courier Partners

  • Orders are shipped through trusted third-party courier and logistics partners.
  • Tracking details are shared by email/SMS once an order is dispatched.

6. Delayed or Failed Delivery

  • Delays can occur due to courier issues, incomplete or incorrect addresses, or force majeure events such as strikes or natural disasters.
  • If delivery fails because of incorrect address details or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged Packages

  • Please inspect the package at delivery. If it appears damaged or tampered, refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
  • Unboxing videos and clear images may be required to validate damage claims.

8. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Non-delivery due to incorrect addresses is not covered.

9. Delivery Confirmation

  • Delivery is considered complete once marked delivered by the courier partner.
  • Claims raised after delivery confirmation may not be entertained.

10. Policy Changes
